How do I get a custom piece made, and how long does custom work take?

 

Typically, the best way to communicate with us initially, is through an EMAIL INQUIRY.  We would prefer you leave your name, your contact number and the best time to reach you, so that we can discuss what your needs are. From there, all design work is handled in PDF format through EMAIL correspondence or FAX transmittal.  The length of time it takes to get a custom piece of jewelry designed depends largely on the complexity of your piece.  Typically it is 2-4 weeks from the date of your initial order.

Where can I find your products?

 

Currently, our products are only available online, and unless otherwise indicated, by special order. Each item is shipped via UPS and insured with signature confirmation.

Why do you only seem to promote products that are Biblical in nature? Do you do anything besides scripture?

 

Yes, we do engrave other things. One thing we will not do is engrave items that violate our STATEMENT OF FAITH. This company is Christ-Owned and we adhere to our STATEMENT OF FAITH.  ROYAL DIADEM was built upon The Rock of Salvation, and it exists for one purpose: to bring His Light wherever He directs our paths.  The scope of our services allows us to engrave a number of other things, but the Jewelry line we painstakingly design is for the glory of God only. We dedicate our time and talent in rendering His Word in jewelry to honor The One we serve.

Who designs your product lines?

 

The Designer of all of our product lines and brands is Cynthia Buchholz. She is also the proprietor of DIADEM, Inc. and the Owner and Webmaster of ROYAL DIADEM.

What is the best way to reach customer service if I have questions ?

 

Because we are a small business concern, we prefer EMAIL correspondence as opposed to leaving a message on voicemail. We would ask that you give us your phone number and indicate the best time to call you.  Depending on your needs, we will then call you to set up a phone conference for a consultation.

When is the best time to book a retail event and what are your rates ?

 

The best time to book an on-site, in-store promotional event is EARLY, as much as 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE.  Our calendar fills up quickly around the holidays.  We typically prefer to negotiate and finalize contracts no later than 3 weeks before the actual event.
